Boulder Better Wagyu is located just 2 miles north of Longmont, operating on 800 acres, 130 owned and 670 leased from Boulder County Parks and Open Space. We are able to produce our own feed and pasture for approximately 100 cows using 3 sprinklers for hay production and the remainder for dryland grazing. The properties are bisected by the Highland and Supply ditches which offer old growth trees for shade and the majority of fresh water for the cattle.
All calves grown for beef and replacement cows are conceived, born and finished with us. The beef you consume is exactly what I put on the table for my family. All natural, home grown and never any hormones.
All beef production is sired by registered Wagyu bulls and grown for approximately 28 months. Factory grown grocery store beef is grown for 18 to 20 months. We think you’ll agree that is product is superior. We offer our beef at the Longmont Farmer’s Market.
