About Us
Nestled along the Coal Creek in Lafayette, Three Leaf Farm has been in production since 2010. Sara & Lenny Martinelli started the farm to grow herbs and vegetables for their restaurants and tea company. Their restaurant group includes The Huckleberry, Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant, The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse, The Chautauqua Dining Hall, and Zucca Italian Ristorante. 100% of the farm harvest is used in their restaurants and for exclusive tea blends (and now a few farmers markets too!).
Designated a Botanical Sanctuary in 2013, the farm is an education center that highlights the importance of supporting sustainable food systems and living in harmony with nature. Three Leaf Farm’s commitment to the land means low-till practices and no pesticides ever. Compost, made right on the farm, is the only soil amendment used. The Martinelli family is proud to share the space through workshops, festivals, farm dinners, and private events.
