Silver Canyon is a small batch coffee roaster serving Colorado's Front Range. We are a second generation family business with deep community roots. Our roasting factory is on the edge of Old North Boulder, and we've been part of the Boulder County Farmer's Markets for 13 years.

We exclusively source premium, specialty grade coffees with an emphasis on seasonality and sustainable production. Many of our farmers have counted on our support for years, if not decades, and we look to cultivate strong ties to our supply chain. Our facility is certified organic, and we source a large number of coffees from certified organic coffee growers. We roast fresh coffee to order, delivering beans that are at their peak of freshness and flavor.
