About Us
Eric Knutson raises his grass-fed, grass-finished lamb on open pasture in Boulder County.
His approach centers on both animal health and land stewardship. He practices rotational grazing, moving animals quickly and intentionally across the land to protect pasture vitality, promote plant diversity, and build healthy soil under hoof.
Eric believes the quality of his lamb starts with the quality of the land it comes from. His mixed herd of Katadin, Tunis/Awasai, and Polypay cross is raised as naturally as possible, with access to fresh forage, clean water, and space to move.
