MECO Cheesy Bits is a Longmont Local snack company producing a five or six ingredient cheddar cheese cracker. It was founded in 2019 as the sister company to Monzu LLC, a homemade pasta and panini food truck. In 2020, the food truck was forced to close due to the Pandemic and in July of 2021, MECO Coffee Collective was born on Main Street in Longmont. Housing MECO Cheesy Bits as well as over 60 plus local Colorado retail vendors, MECO Coffee Collective always strives to be a safe space for all humans to come and enjoy a fresh baked cracker, pastry or cup of local coffee.

MECO is a very community oriented company participating in as many non-profits, local organizations and community based events as possible. You can find them at the Longmont Farmers Market or at their flagship location at 627 Main Street in Longmont, CO.
